Handicapper Bubs

Still looking for those farside suggestions... I have a few in mind, like the one about the primitive spelling bee. The one caveman gets the word "cave" and the other is thinking "Oh sure, I'll probably get 'Australopithecus'", or the one with the spiders weaving the web at the bottom of a slide, one saying to the other "If we pull this off, we'll eat like kings".

Anyway... no list today, just predictions -- be sure to get yours in before the games if you want bragging rights.

Seattle over Washington - Washington's got lucky last time they played.
Denver over New England - The run is over
Indianapolis over Pittsburgh - Colts are just too good
Caralina over Chicago - Grossman's first playoff start = loss

Now for the pictures of Link section of this post.

This is at Steve and Sharon's cabin in the Bear Room. Thanks again guys for letting us crash there. It was fun.

In other news, we're have trouble with our internet connection at home right now, and I can't post at school because of the firewall. So I will post when I get a chance.

That is all

Bubs, you copied my predictions. At least, thats what I'm rooting for. The Carolina/Chicago game is the toughest to predict. So I just have to go with Jake Of-the-housse. Yes! You guys thought that joke was over.

Plus, since I don't have a blog I'll post this list here:

Feb. 14 - Boozer injures right foot and misses final 31 games of the season
Oct. 3 - Reports to training camp in excellent physical condition
Oct. 8 - Strains left hamstring during final two-a-day workout and misses all seven preseason games
Oct. 31 - Re-injures hamstring while working out in preparation for coming
back for regular season
Nov. 14 - Tears hamstring muscle during workout, consults additional specialists for new treatments
Jan. 10 - Hamstring "tightens up" during rehab workout, pushing back anticipated comeback. Boozer has not played for 11 months, missing 36 games so far this season and 67 straight overall

I think that Bubs copied everyone's predictions. Who wants to see Washington beat seattle. Portis over Alexander...don't think so. Much more exciting to see someone advance that scores infiniti touchdowns. Final: Sea 28 Was. 10...Alexander has Seattles 4 touchdowns.

Danver over New England. That is the toughest game to predict because they are the two nerdiest teams in the NFL. Too bad they don't have ties in the playoffs and both teams were eliminated if that happened. Denver is slightly less nerdy than New England. Den 24 NE 17

Colts over steelers. Duh. If the colts lose this game I think I will be done watching football for the year. Colts 41 PIT 26

Carolina over Chicago. The Bears have a good defense and defense may win championships...but only for dumb, boring teams. The bears win if they can hold Carolina under the three points their offense will score. Carolina wins by 10. Car 13 Chi 3

Correction...I just noticed that I said too bad they don't have ties in the NFL. I am aware that they DO have ties in the NFL...what I meant to say was...too bad they don't have ties in the PLAYOFFS of the nfl. Sorry for any misunderstandings this may have caused.

Sweet Boozer list, makes me mad just thinking about it. I wish I could get paid several million to sit on the end of an NBA bench.

True Mike that the 2 of the nerdiest teams left are playing each other. At least one has to lose. As for the nerdiest team left, I give the nod to Pittsburgh, because of the Cower factor. It is fun to watch them when they get tons of penalties in a row.

Props to Mike for nailing down the Washington score.
